Make a lowest voice without change time ?

Hey friends,
Recently I listened Shelter by Madeon & Porter Robinson and I listened this remix just after (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okIspgt9EHM). In the remix, the voice is darker than in the original. I want to know how to make a darker voice without change time :)?

Simpler, clip warping also do transposition pretty easily
