Hey, I like to have a folder to the left on the user folders that I use as a bank of midi files, audio files etc... that I collect from ideas instead of saving entire projects etc... This is especially useful when my ideas are just melodies, chords, audio loops that I've constructed or even my own kick samples etc...
My issue is, is that with Midi, I can simply drag and drop the midi into the folder inside Ableton and that's it. But with audio, it copies the project folder with just the one sample, so I have to then go and find the sample, drag it out and put it where I wanted it to go then delete the excess stuff.
Is there anyway to tell Ableton to only move the .wav audio file and not an entire project file, .alc etc...?
