I've been really into this artist Lusine recently and one of his most notable sounds is his vocal processing he does. It's this really flange-y whispy sound, but I can't reproduce it for the life of me. I'll pose links to a few examples below:

It's really noticeable throughout that entire second track.
Is it a comb filter maybe? I noticed it's similar to the vocal processing on Jai Paul's track Jasmine:

Anyone know what might be making that sound? Like I said, it sounds like flanger to me, but I can't manage to recreate the effect myself.
