Recognizing MIDI controller

Hi, I’m trying to map a midi controller and Live isn’t recognizing it. Could you please help?
Its weird because Live was just recognizing it earlier today- I mapped a few controls and it worked perfectly. I don’t think that I changed any settings. There are actually at least three midi controllers that Live is not recognizing (there are two Midi Mix controllers as well), but I’ll focus on this one here, called the Launch control. To try to fix it, I set Track and Remote to On in the midi prefs (as shown in pic below). It is listed twice in this menu for some reason, so I did this for both listings.

Could you please help me figure out why this is happening and how to make it accessible to map?
