no audio with mme/directx

okay so i can get sound to work great with asio, but it doesnt allow any audio output outside of ableton and i don't like that so i want to use the mme/directx config. problem is when i switch, i lose all audio from ableton! I'm using a behringer umc240 audio interface, a pair of yamaha hs5's, and a novation launchkey 49.

with mme you have to specifically choose the input and output sources - so for example, the output source would be your soundcard - search for that when setting it up.

You could also set the asio/behringer as default audio device for windows, that way you not swapping audio drivers all the time.
