Digital Mixer

Anyone know of a great digital mixer with actual knobs for each channel?

I currently have a quartet, M-audio octane for extra inputs, and a patch bay. I need 13 inputs (for now, until I buy new gear lol).

I'd like to be able to use encoders for panning etc, I know there are a ton of midi controllers that will do that, but if bought a digital mixer that had that capability, and sold my quartet and octane I could probably come out close even, and not have to worry about my patchbay anymore, or my presonus faderport etc.

And pure digital (such as a Mackie MCU) or hybrid with analogue IO but also DAW mixer ctrl?
