Some factory packs won´t install

Hello all!
i have found that I could still download some facotry packs from that list, that appears, when authorizing a version.

Some of those factory packs installed fine, others refused to either beeing defect OR because the "Version of live 9", that they have been created for, was "newer than the one currently used. Therefore I installed Ableton Live 9.7.5, which seems to be the current version.

Unfortunately the same packs, that did not work before, still refuse to install.

One example: "Chop and swing"

So I redownloaded the .alp file with that name, but it still did not work?

What am I missing on?

Chop & Swing is for Live 10, so that's probably your issue if you're trying to install Live 10 packs to Live 9.

This was one of the possibilities, since I have downloaded the live 10 beta,
I was obviously offered those packs.
