Hey guys, wondering if anyone knows how highlight audio tracks when they're armed to record?
I have a novation remote sl, and a presonus fader port. When I jump around between midi tracks by arming them using the novation, the tracks become highlighted and I can adjust volume using the faderport. When I jump to audio tracks they don't become highlighted however, so I can't use the faderport until I highlight the track by clicking on it with the mouse.
I have Live 9 suite running on Mac with high sierra installed.
Thanks!

Re: highlighting audio tracks automatically
You could MIDI map the title bar of the audio tracks with the Novation, but if you're using it as a control surface that could be a problem.
Maybe key map the title bars of the audio tracks.
Not sure if there is just a simple setting one can change.

I can try that, if it works that's a good temporary fix. I'm trying improve my workflow, and that would work as long as I don't have to add too many new audio tracks to my project from my template project.
Thanks!

Basically I'm trying to avoid having to a buy an 8 motorized fader set-up, which I know would accomplish what I'm looking for

Hey there, do you still own the Faderport (Latetest black version)? If so how's it working with you today, are you still on Live 9?
