Live 10 preorder unlock?

I notice that Live 10 is now available for purchase on the site, but my account still says:

Pre-ordered
Thanks for pre-ordering Live 10 Suite. We’ll send you an email as soon as the software is available for download.

Live 10 Suite (Upgrade)
Download will be available upon Live 10 release.

I find this a bit weird considering I've preordered months ago but can't access it while people without a preorder apparently can?

...they're sending out the download links in batches to avoid too much traffic...i think that's a good thing...
