Cannot install Ableton Packs

Hi all,
I am not able to install the Packs that are included in my Suite. I get the system error message after I double-click a pack from Windows: " This app cannot be run on your pc".
I have windows 10 pro as my OS, so it's 64 Bit.
Does anyone know why it doesn't work?

Have you tried "open with" by right clicikng?

Why not install packs straight from Abletons browser?

Maybe you don't have admin rights on your computer. That seems to be an issue.

Go to Live prefs under Library and check what is there.

I can install the Packs when I run Ableton without admin rights.
But I have another problem: All my Instruments and Audio Effects etc. under categories in the browser are gone
