I got a new studio computer with Windows 10
So I had to reinstall Ableton 10 and all Vst's that I use
but somehow a lot of them just don't work,
Like my softube bundle... all of the plugins are being scanned but they all crash ableton except for the ''Bigknob'' plug in, all the others are reported not working and cause ableton to crash.
Same goes for Sylenth, which does show up in the Library but upon starting an instance of it, it immediately causes ableton to crash.
On my Laptop however I have Windows 8 and Ableton 10 all these plugins work just fine..
(On both pc and laptop I work in 64Bits)
Does anyone have the same problem or any Idea what might be causing these issues??

I have the same issue.
I am downgrading to windows 8 compatibility asap.
I've heard this fixes the issue.

The original issue was 2 years ago but make sure you have the absolute latest versions of the plugins in question as some have had to update due to OS requirements and compatibility. Downgrading your whole OS because of a plugin issue is not a good solution. Maybe detail the plugins you have issues with and without trying to offend, if you have cracked plugins then assume they are not compatible with the OS and look at getting the legit, maintained versions.Lucidchild wrote: ↑Wed Oct 14, 2020 3:37 pmI have the same issue.
