Support request form on ableton support page

Hi
I tried to report a bug via the online form linked to from the live help menu, when I submitted this report the page told me I was not entitled to support due to my licence, I own live 10 suite upgraded since live 5 so am entitled , I was logged in. (I changed my registered email before doing this form, may be related!)

Anyway I then tried to submit a non technical report about the issue, when I submitted it seemed to post, however I have not received a noreply email from either form post.

so what is the actual email address for support, can't see it anywhere directly on ableton, the support page just shows that form again so stuck in a loop.
