Using my Yamaha MX61 as a Midi Keyboard

i am trying to connect my Yamaha MX61 synth to ABleton Lite, thru my Focusrite 2i4, but can;t hear anything...right now I only have 1 MIDI cable, my MIDI OUT from Keyboard to my MIDI in in my Focusrite Interface? I was UNABLE to see my keyboard in my live preferences, please help, thanks

You will see your focusrite under MIDI Ports, not under surface.

Midi Ports - Focusrite - Input and output - track on and remote on.

You will only receive midi notes to play the Vst's or plugins, not the audio of your yamaha MX61.

If you will do that, take the external instrument rack in your live browser.
