Apollo Twin duo Recording Problems

Post by Finanmis » Thu Oct 11, 2018 6:32 pm

hey guys, very stupid question. (and sorry for my bad english!) Allways when i want record something with my Apollo Twin Duo and my JU-06 from Roland in ableton, i allways have the whole Channels in my Recording, also when i click on "Solo" at the channel where i want to record. For example, when i record on that classic 4/4 kick, snare, hihat my Synth Pads from my JU-06 over my MIDI Keyboard, there is every time the other sounds like kick, snare or hihat. do you know whats could be wrong with my settings in Ableton?

Thanks for ya help!!!!

Hi, so you are recording loops from just the ju 6?

And you have your drums in Ableton?

What are your audio settings in the audio tab?

What are your I/O tab settings in the audio record track?

Make sure you solo the midi track you want to record, not to hear the other midi that is sent to your Ju-06

And for the Apollo Twin duo, I had to read the manual in order to use it properly. I suggest you do the same
MBP 2018, 16 GB Ram, OSX 10.15.7
MBP M1 Max 64 GB Ram, OSX 14.3.1
Live 10.1.43 Suite
Live 11.3.21
Live 12 Beta
Interface : Apollo Twin duo
