No more recover your work?

Hi,

I just crashed with Live 10.0.4, I was editing modulation cc while music was playing, and Live crashed.

No worries, reopen Live and recover my work... euh, it didn't ask to recover... so I lost my whole afternoon of work (Yes I know, why didn't I save before?) It's an old habit that Live 9 loses its undo after saving, so I don't have the reflex to save ever 5 minutes.

I also went in the backup folder and my last backup was 8 hours ago... why is that?

Thanks for the hint, and I think it explains what happened. When I crashed and reopened, it updated to version 10.0.5

So In the explanation from justanametouse I saw that the file was there in the 10.0.5 folder but was corrupt...

I was just unlucky for this time. Anyways I re-recorded my stuff today, and hit Save many times.
