Or you can use AudioThing Outer Space, which is indispensible tool for all dub music by itself, and you can switch the delay off and use the reverb only.

+1 for Blackhole and AudioThing Outer Space
AudioThing also has a Spring reverb now called Springs with a Grampian style drippy dub verb
