duplicating to the left?

in the piano roll, you can take a set midi region/section and press cmd D to duplicate that exact region/section to the right, but how would you do it if you wanted to do it to the left?

(and I know you can do cmd-I and insert time, but that doesn't work when you have other midi notes below it that you don't want to be changed)

any hotkeys for this?
