Cannot change midi mapping in Ableton Live 10 intro

Hey,

I am using Ableton Live 10 intro with a Korg Nanokontrol 2. I am unable to remap the faders and knobs. The Midi mapping also doesn't show which tracks my faders and knobs are currently mapped to, so I am unable to unmap them.

If I try to remap my faders and knobs, nothing happens. Instead, the default setting is used. E.g: If I click on a certain track in order to remap it, it simply changes the mix, but it doesn't remap the button. So if I try to map fader 1 to track 9, it will simply change the volume of track 1 instead of remapping.
