I'm not using any big sets, so maybe that's the difference? I'm using MHLink - ethernet. 5 different ULNs connected via MHLink. Not a single crackle. I believe you when you say it happens. Sometimes you have to reboot to get rid of anomalies. I haven't had to do that in awhile. I used to trash the MIO prefs. I think more recent versions have eliminated that problem, at least for me. It might be worth a try though.

Yes, this is when it starts getting bad, with small sets I didn't have any issues. Unfortunately I don't actually own the ULN, it's at a studio that I have the privilege of using every now and then so can't really trouble shoot.

HI Just wondering if there's been any improvement here. I'm just about to upgrade to 3D on my Lio8 and also just ordered a ULN 8 3D. Wish I had come across this post before! I'll be chaining the boxes via MH link and was expecting to use Ethernet to thunderbolt to my MacBook Pro.

Hi all !

I have exactly the same issues a the moment. With mio console public beta 11 (recommended for Catalina Mac OS 10.15)

Did you find a solution at the time?
