Are you asking for a specific element of a track or just a general, consistent boost on Ableton's output? If you're asking for something like boosting bass on a kick drum, most of the time there's enough low end energy already available and it's better to cut other frequencies to open up space for the bass. If you're talking about EQing Live's output to increase the bass like you would with a program like iTunes, then no, there's no option for that short of throwing an EQ or something on your master channel and bumping it up. That's not really advisable, though.

Use EQ Eight to select the region of frequencies you want (for example a region of low frequencies, aka bass), with the type of curve you want to apply and then boost or cut the volume of that region.

Manual 22.12 EQ Eight

You can also use EQ Three, but it is much more limited in options.
