poor saving quality of tracks

i record my instruments, they sound clear and crisp. then when i save (export audio) them all as 1 wave track so i can re-insert them into ableton so i can record over them, but when i playback the saved song the sound quality reduces greatly, its like someone turned the clear trebble off. yes ive tried playing with the sample rate and bit depth, but it does not help

Probably warp mode is on your sample when you reimport
