Midi learn per track..?

Hi all! 
Im using midi fighter twister and planning to get faderport along with to achieve sort of hardware flow and keeping it portable.
I have set it up so that its resembling every knob and button of waves ssl e channel strip on the bank a.
There is a problem though.. waves ssl e strip doesnt seem to have internal midi mapping as an option, which created me a problem. I can only map one instance of plugin to controller, but instead id want it to work so that when i record arm / select track it would be mapped to that specific instance.
Any solution for this? that plugin is pretty much gold for this controller as its so hands on..
ps i did realize you can mix a single instance, then duplicating that one and moving the one with mapping
to next track..but yeah... thats lame. i'd like to be able to make changes on the fly.
