Just a word of caution, don't take the chance of upgrading to OS X Mojave if you don't have to. In my experience running Live on a 2015 13" Macbook Pro, I get pops and crackles with simple sessions where the CPU meter is under 20% with Mojave, and they don't happen when I boot up of an external drive with a High Sierra installation. The CPU meter is slightly higher with Mojave, but there are enough pops, crackles and dropouts to make it unreliable sonically.
Ableton doesn't support Mojave, and they don't have a timeline on when they will. (They should probably revise their "How to Avoid Crackles and Audio Dropouts" tips and delete the line that says to update the operating system!)
I'm going to try to revert back to High Sierra - wish me luck!
