Audio Interface Trouble PLEASE HELP

I am running ableton live 10 lite. I own a Native Inst. Komplete 6 audio interface. I just cannot get ableton to read my outputs into the DAW. I know i'm setting up with ableton just fine because garage band is reading it just fine. I've unfortunately been recording my audio using garage band because it is my only option. I am an ableton user and would like to do my work in ableton, not garage band. Please help fellow ableton users, I need you right now haha

How have you got Ableton set up? Have you selected the inputs from the audio preferences? Have you selected "In" on the audio tracks you want the inputs to run to?

Need a few more deets.

this might sound pointless since garageband is reading it
but just try a different usb cable to plug your interface.
