Delay compensation not engaged on Audio Effect Rack chains?

I have encountered an issue where my track phases if I have an Audio Effect Rack with parallel chains.

Considering how Live utilizes a Delay Compensation, which I have engaged, I would think it would add a delay in the Audio Effect Rack as well.

Have anyone else here noticed the same issue, or am I missing something?
