only just now made the switch to 10.1.1 and PXT_Live seems broken.
it used to work in 10.0.5 (which I upgraded from).

anyone?

edit: sorted... user error, probably. I could see PXT in the app resources folder, but not in the midi preference tab when Live is active.
installing on top of the previous install solved whatever that wasn't working.

I think PXT Live was replaced with arsenal from the same dev, native access.

PXT Live works only with push 1 and I wouldn’t know if it still works in Live 10 but wouldn’t count on it as there have been a lot of changes in the last 5 years since I was a happy PXT Live user

PXT Live does still work, even on 10.1, and I still use it as I did before. At the time of the Push trade in offer (when Push 2 was released), I actually declined the offer because of PXT not being compatible, iirc.
I thought development was taken over by Isotonik, but I must have mixed up with ClyphX.

Shelluser, my humblest of apologies for taking away your precious time, especially when looking for something where there's nothing to see.

Discovered the issue: these guys never bothered to think about old links: the http no longer works but https does. Talk about IT amateurism at its finest.. As an IT guy I'm an immediate non-believer, this is (within IT context) plain out pathetic, amateurism. I wouldn't let them near my Push :!:
Alas, nothing to see here :P
Actually, you are completely wrong there Moss in your attempt to shoot down the developers intelligence in typical "IT guy" style...

It has nothing at all to do with the lack of https resolution. The link you have posted has CAPS where the actual link should just be all lowercase.

These both work (and are what you find on google):
https://nativekontrol.com/pxt-live
http://nativekontrol.com/pxt-live

These do not:
https://nativekontrol.com/PXT-Live
http://nativekontrol.com/PXT-Live

Nothing to do with "https" or about the assumed capabilities of the developer. If you just typed pxt-live into google you would have seen it in the very first result so not sure what kind of wild goose you were chasing. I'd have to quote you on this one:
Talk about IT amateurism at its finest..
Since you don't know what PXT is, who Native Access are or who Stray (the developer) is then it's probably a good idea to respectfully leave it to the users who do know since for those of us in the know, PXT was a BIG deal when Push 1 was first released and I personally hold respect for Stray and the work he has done. He is not one I would class as an amature that's for sure.

Anyway...

PXT is still all handled by Native Kontrol as far as I understand (not to be confused with Native Instruments or Komplete Kontrol....) but I think Isotonik is a hub for a number of different developers to offer their work through. I only used PXT Live for a few months and then upgraded to Push 2 when they had the buyback offer and didn't even consider the compatibility of things. I do miss the functionality, it offered a great second layer of control and Stray the dev is a smart dude and good guy. Good to hear it still works.

Spot on, we at Isotonik distribute ClyphX Pro in the webstore whilst nativeKontrol continue to do so for their other products.

Many thanks and appreciation to borg, he is correct. I had some issues with PXT showing up in Midi prefs as a control surface until his advice led me to reinstall. PXT live and PXT live plus both need to be reinstalled (packages at nativekontrol website). Of course you will need to create a backup of your UserModeMap.py first (in App-resources/Midi Remote Scripts/PXT live Plus) if you are attached to your user mode. Great work guys, you saved me and I hope no-one ever underestimates the intelligence of Stray in this lifetime. I consider him a bit of a genius. Just wish now that I could get ClyphX to show up but I know I will have to buy pro with Live 10. That is not the case for Bome's by the way, it works fine.
