Hi all!
I'm use Ableton Live 10 for backing tracks playback. I just got a new interface and my overall output levels seem to be super low -- the meters on my interface barely register any level.
I need to run a tone generator to get a sense of where my levels are at - not in the tracks themselves, but in the computer's audio output itself. Protools has this built in but I can't find anything similar in Ableton. I've searched through the forums but can only find downloads for Live 9 that don't work in 10, and/or suggestions for Max, which I don't have.
Any ideas?!
Tone Generator for Ableton Live 10
Re: Tone Generator for Ableton Live 10
There is a tunable test tone generator on the Audio preferences page.
Or get a set of test tone files from a monitor manufacturer, e.g. Blue Sky » Blog Archive » Blue Sky Calibration Test Files - aimed at the calibration of subwoofer vs satelites.

What about white noise etc?
Cubase etc comes with a comprehensive tone generator plugin?
Nothing?
