I don't want to record loops.

I've been searching on google, and how to record midi tracks.
but i don't intend to record loops from the midi track.
I want to record a full length piano solo music.
How can i do so?
After setting up on connecting my midi yamaha keyboard, i click session record button, it started recording, but also, in loops.
I De-CLICK the Loop button/Loop switch from the clip view -> Notes Tab.
How can i record a full song, no loop midi track?

Disable loop and use the arrangement view?

I always record full song vocals into session clips. I just deselct the loop button on the clip after the recording is done.
