resetting speed of Looper to centre

i have the speed control of the Looper device mapped to a Y increment on my Softstep 2 so i can make the loop speed go faster or slower. Is there any way i can have another button mapped so that when i press it, it sends a note or something and resets the loop speed to the middle where the grey triangle is? it's easy enough if you use the up or down increment buttons but if you map the dial then it's really hard to get it back to the dead centre
