Customized newly created audio tracks - Problem

Hi guys,
For some reason every time I create a new audio track in Arrangement View it is defaulted to hard pan to the left and the track has an unusual name. What I'm thinking is that I may have needed an audio track just like that at some point and then it got saved as a template. Problem is that I don't know how to reset this. I did try going to Preferences > File, Folder > Clear and it didn't work. Anybody can help? Thanks!

Create a new audio track, set its parameters to how you'd like it to be by default, right-click on the track header, "save as default".
