Possible To Show All Possible Automation Parameters in Automation Envelope?

Only the parameters I touch when recording are listed in the automation envelope. Is there a way to list all the possible automation parameters in the automation envelope?

No. Might get pretty messy.
You can see as many as you want on Arrangement, though; use the + sign to open up more tracks for automation.

Well, is there a way to populate the parameter in the automation envelope without hitting record? I went to arrangement view and didn't see a lot of parameters there. Sounds like I have to setup a bunch of tracks in order to see them, but I'm not clear on what I have to do.
