Dears,
When I open my saved project which composed with some VST, I cannot see any VST panel when I choose any midi clips. Is there any hint / trick to see them like before my saving it? Also some VST's are not have any sound it just playing silently like without any sound.
Is it related with preferences or is there any problem related with my app?

What OS?
What version of Live?
If it's a case of the VST window is not showing, you need to reopen the VST window when you load a project. The device that you load the VST into on the track has a little spanner that opens the plugin window.
As for not producing sound, could be many things.

Currently I am using MACos Mojave 10.14.3 and Ableton 9.7.
I am getting this problem with all VST/Plug In now (Hollywood Strings, Addictive Keys and Arturia) I just wondered that perhaps there is a setting which related with reopen them for saved project. Because, the plug-ins are not appear also when I try to open it again or move the current midi clip. But I can open or move them over new another midi clip. Therefore I thought there should be a simple way to get them again.
