URGENT! How to roud MIDI via an additional application

My band and I are having an exam where we have chosen to experiment with dynamic just intonation tuning.

But a a twist of fait we have lost our beloved analog synth. Now we need to use Ableton.

The concept is that we play via midi keyboard and use the just intonation mac application https://justintonation.tp3.app to dynamically tune each note.
For the midi, it´s like each note has been individually tuned by the tuning wheel on the side of the synth.
The just intonation application has the option to send the tuned midi signal to an "external device" this needs to be ableton. How do we achieve this?

On a Mac the IAC bus can be used to send MIDI between applications:-
