I Can hear the test tone but not any of my tracks or anything else.

I'm a noob to Ableton and using a Launchpad for some reason i can't hear anything only the test sound when i try to play that.
I have the same problem as the guy in the picture but i don't understand what the "helper" is saying since im a noob

The guy in the pic needed to plug the speakers or headphones directly into the Saffire interface's outputs, instead of using the laptop's.

Launchpad doesn't generate sounds on its own.

It is a MIDI device, you need to load an instrument in a MIDI Track to play sounds with it.

So some helpful info for a Noob....

When requesting help on your setup, it can be very helpful to others to know what your setup is:

- Computer Specs
- Operating System (Mac/PC)
- Audio Card (External USB, On-Board Audio)
- Audio Drivers (ASIO, ASIO4ALL, Default Windows, Core Audio (mac))
- Ableton Live Version

If you can hear a test tone then things should be working but what is it you are trying to listen too when you cannot hear anything (Sample, Synth, Empty track)?
