External Instrument Device Missing From Live Suite

I have Ableton Live Suite, and I am missing the External Instrument device. Everything else is installed just fine and works correctly. I've searched my entire Mac hard drive. I don't want to have to go through installing an entire the Live Suite for this one device. Surely there must be someway to get it?

Nothing to see there anyway, since there's no presets.
The device itself is in the core library, so just running the basic installer (not any contents) should do.
If it's missing at all. Look at your Live browser again, in the Instruments category there's only the top level entry for the External Instrument, pressing the triangle wont unfold, since (again) there's no presets.
