I can hear myself from my computer as well as headphones and only want to hear through my headphones. ALSO, it seems like my mic is too low. I can't really hear anything in my headphones. HELP !

Impossible to help you, as it depends on which hardware, OS, Live, etc. are involved (and what is connected on what), and you didn't provide any info on your setup.

:D

Unfortunately your question is this question:

you: "Hi tech support, my computer doesn't work, can you please fix it so it works!"
support: "Have you tried turning it off and on again".

WIthout at least the OS, Mic Type, Info on how you connect your Mic, Where your speakers connect or as mentioned above, ANY details all we can offer are these solutions:
I can hear myself from my computer as well as headphones and only want to hear through my headphones
Disconnect your speakers or turn them off!
ALSO, it seems like my mic is too low. I can't really hear anything in my headphones.
Turn up the gain for your microphone or the volume for your headphones
