It moves clip timing instead of extending the clip. (Video Provided)

I cant figure out why it wont just extend the clip like it does every time I have ever tried to do this in the history of ever. It is incredibly frustrating and I cannot edit my set like this. Can anyone tell me why it is behaving this way?

Do you have the clip warped? are you looking to loop it? or just make it longer.

Refer to the linked video. I want to simply drag the edge of the clip, not move the timing.
