Is it possible to use notes in a MIDI Track to control MIDI-mapped system functions?

Since Ableton is unable to create Audio take folders/tracks while recording to a loop (the only thing Ableton is missing), I'm trying to use MIDI notes mapped to Track Selection and Track arm to cycle through Audio Tracks in a loop when each note is triggered.

EX: Say my loop is between 1.1.1 and 5.1.1, and my trigger notes are C1, C#1, and D1 all routed to Track Selection, and Track arm for 3 audio tracks.
Looking for a way to cycle between each MIDI note every time the loop hits 5.1.1, and that note to trigger the MIDI mapping.

Audio Group Track:
Track 1 - Track Selection and Track arm MIDI Mapped to C1
Track 2 - Track Selection and Track arm MIDI Mapped to C#1
Track 3 - Track Selection and Track arm MIDI Mapped to D1

I'm able to cycle through the tracks when I hit the MIDI notes on my Push 2, but I need to a way them to trigger the map from a MIDI channel and have some way to cycle through the notes at the end of each loop.

Any ideas?

You need to send midi outside of Live and back in again for it to work.
Use IAC if on mac, or loopmidi if on pc.
