Editing and chopping samples and loops while still recording

Hey Community,
So I have this setup in which I have a microphone input which i wanna record and while I'm still recording material I already wanna chop out a sample and drag & drop to another track and let it play.
Is there any solution or audio plugin that is able to do that?
Also it would be nice if I could see the wave form of the recording (otherwise I could use abletons looper...)
suggestions?
