Enable VST by selecting certain output

Hi,

So I have a headphone calibration VST in my master. When I use headphones I use output channels 3/4. But my speakers is in channels 1/2. Is it possible to setup a macro of some sorts that enables/disables this VST when I change my sound output?

Reason I'm asking, I tend to forget about the VST and when working on my speakers, I get a wrong impression of what I'm suppose to hear.
