If your session has any latency inducing plugins in ( basically most of them in some form or another) the Wavetable LFO, even when set to sync will be out. They are at the same tempo are not in sync. Try any of the rhythmic factory patches. Obviously impossible to play along with anything. If you however draw in a note in a midi region and then freeze and flatten it will be OK

i find out to have the same problem you described as i begin to use the wavetable lfo in sync Even with retrigger its not. Di you have a solution found in between?
