Missing Clips / Cannot recover

I have loaded up a live set that i've not worked on in a while and 3 of the clips which were audio files are missing.

I've done the usual set the location to various folders to search for said missing clips on the whole of my computer and Live cannot find them but says two of the missing candidates have been found but it won't let me load them back into the live set. There is no audio file or clip showing . In the past this has worked.

Is there a roll back function within live so i can go back to a previously saved version to find the audio wav's / samples i'm looking for ? They have not been deleted from the computer so they must be somewhere.

Any help would be much appreciated.
