Cant record audio, cant hear recordings in headphones

Hi!
Ive been struggeling lately with ableton live 10. I used to record with ableton live 9 with no problems but now nothing works.
The audio input shows on the interface but not in ableton. Its set on Ext. In and ive tried 1,2 and 1/2 and it doesnt read.
When I started i tried to record guitar but cant listen to old recorded tracks when i try to record new track.

Does anyone know what im doing wrong or what it could be?
