Does anyone know of such a tool?

Hi guys! Does anyone know of a tool that can trigger buttons from a plugin (say from Reaktor, Kontakt, or regular VST's) at certain intervals. Like you can pick the frequency or use some random function and it will trigger that button you assigned? Thanks.

The LFO and Shaper M4L devices can do that.
