Copying and pasting efx from one track to another

Post by dagwaremedia » Thu Dec 05, 2019 8:08 pm

Lets say I have 3 separate vocal tracks and I want to have the exact same effect on each track. Correct me if I'm wrong but if I route each of the three tracks to a master send with the efx there then when I use automation ( in the send master it would effect all three tracks)

I want to be able to have the three effects on three separate vocal tracks and record automation for EACH track at different times, so it would make sense to me to add lets say filter delay and reverb in each track separately correct?

So I would need to copy and paste the effect that I would create in one track then copy to tracks two and three. Then automate each effect when I want to during the playback.

I hope I'm clear in explaining.
