Vst2 refusing to show while Au shows?!?

Vst2 refusing to show while Au shows?!?

Hey guys any advice on how to get a vst that seems to install in the appropriate place/folder to show inside on Ableton 10.1.5 on OS X 10.13.6?

The Au version shows and Iv tried the following procedures but nothing seems to be working

Rescanned
Alt + rescanned
Toggled Vst2 folder
Restarted the computer many times

Oddly enough it happens to show up as vst in my other daw :(

which VST? is it 64-bit?

Well I thought the same but it shows up in reason 11 so it must be 64bit?
