looper and Clyphx pro

Post by falkg » Mon Jan 20, 2020 1:55 pm

Hi Forum,

I am getting into Clyphx pro and bindings and got a question:

is it possible to access the Pedal button of a looper device as well as clear and undo via clyphx pro?
If I have a looper on a selected track I can do [] sel/dev(1) "Speed" 100 which will change the speed as expected. I wonder how is the syntax to access the buttons like Pedal, clear and undo?

acctually another question related to that:

I tried also with bindings, which works fine for continious parameters like vol but I could not figure out how to get buttons to work.

I set up a controller in my encoder bindings named fB0 it works fine if I trigger a Midiclip with [] bind fB0 1l/vol
I would expect it to work as well if I change the clip to []fB0 1/mute which does not seem to work.

thanks

Falk

https://facebook.com/groups/clyphx-pro would probably be a better place to ask questions like this...

The Looper device is problematic in that many of it's unctions are not available to the API an so are not controllable by MIDI or ClyphX Pro

Hi,

Thanks for your confirmation. Now I switched to Enso by Audio Damage, This is a great device and does what I want.
cheers
