Dragging audio and MIDI and time signature all together

I have an arrangement with some time signature changes. I can "select all" but when I drag everything (audio and MIDI) to the right, the time signature markers not only don't move, they get messed up somehow. How can I scoot the whole arrangement to the right by a couple bars and keep the time signature markers aligned with everything?

Do they move if you cut and paste time?

I did a copy and paste time and it seems to have worked, thanks!
