Moving project files the right way

I need to move my music samples over to another computer. Is there a way to successfully do this without using 'collect all and save'. I don't plan on changing the path files on the hard drive, but the hard drive will be different. In the past, when I've moved projects, I've especially had a lot of trouble relocating the frozen, consolidated and cropped files. Thanks for your help!

I would definitely do Collect All just to be safe myself.
