MIDI Foot controller buttons recognized all as Pitchbend

Hi all

Hope you can help out. I have an old Digitech MC7 Midi foot controller and I'm trying to hook it up to Ableton via Steinberg UR22.
Every press on the controller is recognized as Pitchbend in Ableton.

Anyone has an idea what to do here? I would like to use it as on, off switches in Ableton.

I'm not sure I can really help, but you can try using MIDI-OX to see what's really coming out of the UR22 when you press a pedal on the MC7. Would be good to know. Also, I vaguely remember that Ableton doesn't handle receiving Program Change messages.
